Hideaki Kuo

Hideaki obtained a marketing degree from the University of Southern California and has since nurtured his entrepreneurial passions by establishing various ventures. Presently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Vanity Fair Media Inc, where he specializes in corporate marketing strategy, digital branding, and advertising.
In addition to his successful stint in the marketing arena, Hideaki has also made forays into the financial investment sector. He comprehends the significance of business financing requirements for specialized industries that require unconventional financing and investment structures. To cater to this need, he established Avanta Investment Group, which provides a financing platform for various sectors, including real estate, government projects, the movie industry, and the wealth management sector.
Hideaki and his venture partners possess extensive knowledge and expertise in real estate investment and acquisition in the global markets. With his exceptional project management skills, transaction engineering proficiency, and client relationship enhancement ability, he is known for delivering remarkable outcomes.
Hideaki boasts over a decade of marketing and financial experience and has established vast networks with private offices and institutional investors in Asia and the Middle East region.
Alexander Hartmann

Alexander is a well-trained and highly educated real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He holds a German Diploma in Business Administration from the University of the Federal State Baden-Wuerttemberg, Mannheim, and a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Economics from the Open University, London.
Alexander started his professional career at Deutsche Bank Group, Frankfurt/Main, Germany where he joined the training program of the Bank for future real estate professionals back in 2002. Three years later he moved on to DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung (today Cushman & Wakefield) in Frankfurt/Main, Germany, to support the development of a Corporate Finance and Investment Advisory department. In this role, Alexander was able to provide commercial advice on the acquisition and disposal of businesses, individual assets, and portfolios to corporate and UHNW clients. At that time, some of the largest investment houses and the German government were among his clients. In 2009 Alexander moved to Doha, Qatar to help Engel&Völkers in Qatar as their Investment Advisor and a member of the International Commercial Team. In his position, Alexander was able to close some outstanding lease and sales transactions.
Over the past decade Alexander was appointed as Managing Director of Lyoness International AG in Doha, Qatar and became a partner of Austrian Development Firm Riegler & Partner, Graz. Before joining The Loft Bureau in the capacity of Managing Partner he was a Senior Real Estate Consultant at local brokerage firm Coreo in Doha, Qatar. His trustworthy personality, his skills, and academic background, his knowledge about local and international real estate markets as well as his outstanding track record make him a trustworthy advisor.
Alexander is married and a father of a son. In his spare time, he loves to spend some time with his family and his friends.
James Abbassi

Originally from the UK, James has lived in The Gulf for over 30 years bringing with him a plethora of regional and cultural knowledge. He graduated in 2009 with a BA in Business Studies after which he moved back home to Abu Dhabi.
James has vast experience in Project Management, having attained his PMP certification and then growing to become a Managing Partner of his own company for over 6 years in Dubai. James has expertise and experience in commercial and contractual negotiations which enables him to get the best deals for his clients. He has extensive knowledge in The Pearl, Fox Hills, Fox Hills, and West Bay to name but a few of the main areas in Doha.
James not only covers the local rental and sales market in Doha, but also covers international markets for the purchase of properties be they for living purposes, investments, or pension funds.
James has a passion for detail and firmly believes that each client has specific requirements which must be met to deliver the service that is expected from his clients.
